Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any compromised orders.

Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging, including the shipping label, to help us process your claim quickly.

Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2 business days to determine if a full refund or a complimentary replacement is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
